1. Use of Service

V1zions.gg provides an AI-powered code generation tool specifically designed for Roblox Studio developers. Our platform is currently in Beta and features may change without prior notice.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use V1zions.gg.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use the platform to generate code intended to harm, exploit, or cheat in Roblox games.
• Commercial use of generated code in your Roblox games is permitted.

2. V-Credits

V-Credits are the in-platform currency used to generate code. Daily credits are provided free of charge. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Generated Code

Code generated by V1zions.gg is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated code will be free of bugs or compatible with every Roblox game configuration. Always review generated code before deploying to production.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in any activity that undermines the experience of other users.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address and password (hashed by Firebase Auth).
• Roblox username: Optional. Only stored if you choose to provide it.
• Usage data: The prompts you submit and the code generated are processed to deliver the service.
• Project context: If you use our Studio plugin, script names and content from your project are temporarily uploaded to improve AI accuracy.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To generate code based on your prompts.
• To improve our AI models and platform quality.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Auth). Firebase is a Google Cloud service that complies with GDPR and major data protection standards.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To do so, contact us through our Discord server. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to save your session and credit balance. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Children's Privacy

V1zions.gg is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us immediately via Discord.
